| We start all our exterior re-painting, usually in
May-June with an initial pressure cleaning, this is a mandatory step
for all our repaints if you are to receive our four year guarantee. We then allow a dry
time (usually one week), but will not start our painting until the
moisture content falls below 15%, this will ensure a longer lasting
problem free job.

vs IPC repaints over the last 13 years All in all IPC's last
and look better, twice as long due to a higher degree of
preparation and product knowledge within the
company.

Protection and Painting:
When the substrate is ready to paint we then prepare the building
by covering all windows, fixtures, shrubs, and concrete etc. with
tape, plastic, and drop sheets. We are very careful and ensure
protectection of all surfaces. Any areas needing primer are then
primed and depending on the system two or three coats of the coating
are then applied according to the paint manufacturer and the MPDA/CPCA
Master Painters and Decorators Association of British Columbia
manual.
Upon
finish, a quality control representative will inspect the work,
recommend any areas requiring touch up to our painters, go through
the job with you to ensure you have everything complete and to
your satisfaction.

Interior Painting:
Our Interior
painting is covered under our standard one year guarantee
we properly re-drywall and repair all surfaces to receive a paint
finish, with cleaning, proper primers, sanding before and between
all coats to achieve the best and most durable finish possible.
Upon completion a total cleaning, vacuuming and removal of all rubbish is performed.
ALL our work is performed to MPDA of BC standards on every project.
Post Completion
Exterior and Interior painting
We leave
you with some paint for touch ups and mark all your products and
paint codes onto a sticker and attach it along with an IPC contact
sticker to your electrical panel for future reference.
We will mail or present you
with a invoice within a few days of
completion.
