Concrete Floor Coatings
We use a variety
of coatings for floor applications, there are simple alkyd gloss bases
available, such as porch and floor enamel this is generally good for the
residential client for low to mediam traffic areas. The most popular and
widely available today are the two part waterborne epoxy coatings, but if
your in need of a very tough and durable finish the two part solvent base
epoxies are the best choice.
Floors must be tested for moisture prior to any
applications
All IPC floors are acid etched prior
to application of paint.
These products are hazardous and are
recommended to be applied by professionals only.
Floors hold a one year warrantee
from invoice date.
