PROJECT MANAGEMENT

At IPC, our ability to offer owners one single package for all job aspects will not only make your project operate more smoothly and efficiently, but also save you many headaches of co-ordination by calling one place.

Most aspects of construction we perform except, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and flooring, for these trades, IPC will work with you by sourcing the prices for you, drawing up the contracts, scheduling and managing your project for you.

Upon our hire IPC will set all owner/trade contractor meetings, submittals, samples get written trade pricing, draw up all the legal stipulated contract documents, handle and control all change orders in writing, set trade schedules and take care of problems that arise to ensure your project is managed and organized smoothly.

It is standard that you will save 1.5 to 2.5 times or more our fee by having us manage, source, and control your project. By hiring IPC you will get experienced trades, who are fully insured for liability and WCB, yo wil receive proper written guarantees.
