Exterior Warrantee (Included free): IPC offers a 4 year warranty on all our exteriors.

You are covered against against product failure, delaminating, flaking and labour to re-apply.

Towerthon elastomeric coatings warranty (included free)

4 year warranty on materials and labor. Inspected once a year, followed by condition report up to 5 years (extended coverage can be purchased for an additional 6 yrs, for your peace of mind, which also includes graffiti coverage)

Graffiti Warrantee (optional at an additional cost)
1 year graffiti warranty on materials and labor, if you get it we repair it, free of charge. Fee :$50.00 per year

IPC's one year guarantee.

IPC uses only quality MPDA approved products, will guarantee all products, workmanship used and performed on site against any defects, paint failures e.g.: blistering, peeling, cracking, leeching and rusting (settling and drywall cracking problems not covered). A representative of IPC Contractors will go over any specific, or problem areas with you, in the event they cannot be guaranteed as is. Our representative will give you an alternative measure or solution so that a guarantee will be validated. If this solution is turned down, or rejected by the customer, the customer will be acknowledging that he/she has waived the guarantee and the guarantee will now become null and void. The period covered under our warrantee will be covered for the period of 728 days (two years) from date of invoicing or IPC Contractors will supply the product and repair it free of charge until the problem is rectified. If the customer is offered an extended warrantee this will be noted and will cover you for the additional years stated.

All prices are valid for 30 days and all work noted must be performed by IPC from start to completion of the said contract. Substitutions are not acceptable to validate our guarantee. Any promotions or certificates for our services are accepted for face value including GST. Only one promotional item will be accepted per contract. All painting work related to this contract or any painting extras on the property of the contract and its addressed location is to be contracted by IPC Contractors and not a third party by either a quote or section 1.3.
