Being a home or
commercial builder, and a client of IPC Contractors, now has many more
advantages than just dealing with a great service and receiving quality
work.
All you have to
do is keep us painting exclusively for you at our regular price we quote
you on your first estimate. All of our contractors are charged the same
rate and this will remain unchanged for the entire year, no matter what
the demand!
This program will
not only save you time and money, but will promote your construction
business and allow residential/commercial customers to contact you through
both the radio advertising and online through our web site ipcpaint.com.
You will be required to format a company profile complete
with contact information, you may also place a alternate site link there
as well if you wish.
 In a nutshell
We're attaining a better customer base (hopefully
your firm) and helping you build your business reputation and
acquire more bottom line through this program.
IPC is
an above average painting company who recognizes our customers

A
FAST quality paint job, and outstanding service BEFORE and AFTER
the job is complete.
Every
1600sqft (increment) turn around from start to finish, not including
touch up (2.5 days average)

We save you time to work on other projects…we gather the information
from you and consult with the owners on design and color selection to
ensure they are completely satisfied with their colors and the end product.
Our rates on exteriors are less expensive than the competition.
If you have already
agreed to the program please send us your pre-formatted company information.
Please include all pertinent contact info and addresses, the type of
work you would like advertised and displayed on our web site along with
a copy of your camera ready copy of your company logo, so we may send
it to our webmaster for publishing and processing. Please allow 2 weeks
for initial set up. If there is anything you would like mentioned in
the radio ad please include on a separate sheet, subject to approval.
Before we sign you up we will quote your project, call
you, set up a meeting time, and then present the program in writing
to you.
Upon your acceptance and signing into the program, we will
complete your project, after substantial completion of your first project
you will be sent a $500 signing credit along with your invoice to be
used as you wish for any of our future services.
